When Can I Cancel?
Orders can generally be cancelled while they are in an eligible processing status and have not yet been shipped.
How to Cancel
Open your My Orders page and use the Cancel Order option when it is available.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available. In such cases, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.
